Ease of Maintenance
In-channel stack tightening allows the Muffin Monster to remain in the wastewater stream during stack tightening. Access to the tightening screw is through the top cover.
Improved Performance
Low profile end housing reduces head drop through the unit and increases the cutting efficiency of the Muffin Monster.
High flow side rails provide a greater open area for high flow with less surface friction for the water to overcome.
Increased Unit Lift
Integral bushing deflector prevents seal bushing damage from rocks, bones, metals, etc., thus increasing unit life.
The side rails’ rigid structure between housings eliminates shaft fatigue by permitting seal cartridges to float.
