MODEL SPF FEATURES

Abrasion-Resistant Polymer Screen
Horizontally rotating screening system screens the flow of debris and feeds difficult solids into its own Muffin Monster grinder.

Angled Housing Assembly
Enables the screen and grinder interface to maintain a closer position tolerance.

Flow Deflector Plate
Cleans the screen of rags and solids by diverting flow from the inside diameter of the screen toward the grinder, thus increasing flow rates.

High Flow Side Rails
Decrease headloss and deflect solids into the cutting chamber.

Bushing Deflector Integrated in End Housing
Enhances efficient shredding by diverting "sinkables" into the cutting chamber, thus preventing seal bushing damage from rocks, bones, metals, etc.

Allows the torque motor to be submerged in water.

Grinds longer without going into motor overload. Reverses up to nine times before shutting off and activating alarm.

Broad Operating Range
The power pack can be located up to 150 feet from the unit, to facilitate easy access by operators.
