Dual Shafted Muffin Monster Grinder
Proven technology capable of grinding a wide variety of solids. Grinding solids facilitates the separation of biodegradable matter and coarse solids.

Lifting Screw
Soft organics are washed back into the channel through a perforated screen. Ground, coarse solids are lifted and dewatered for easy disposal to landfill.

Spray Wash
Included with each system, the spray wash feature helps achieve cleaner solids and reduces odors.

Timer/Float Switch
Maximizes brush life and optimizes solids transportation based on field programmable timer.

Maximizes brush life and optimizes solids transportation based on flow level.

Optional Bagging Device
The clean, ground solids can be discharged into disposable bags.

Optional Conveying Equipment
Vertical and/or horizontal conveying equipment can be installed to accommodate deep channel or remote applications.

Optional Freeze Protection System
Inhibits freezing of the conveyor contents when the ambient temperature is at or below 40°F (4°C).
